Hey there! My name is Alissa and I am a 20 year old college student in the creative capital: Providence Rhode Island. I go to one of the top culinary schools in the country, but alas, I am a Global Tourism major who merely delights in cooking outside the classroom.
College Noodle exists as a place to share some recipes and foodie insight that Ive come across and love. I know what its like to be super busy, live on a tight budget, yet not want to sacrifice taste. So the things on here are a combination of amazingly delicious, cheap, and simple, or hopefully all three!
